Question: How do you get the pic to show on search?
Answer: It’s not complicated, but it’s not easy to get your picture to show on Google search results. First, you have to have a PERSONAL (not a CORPORATE) account on Google+. Second, you have to have an ‘about’ page on your website, and that ‘about’ page has to link back to the Google+ profile with the attribute rel="me" in it. Third, your Google+ profile has to link to the ‘about’ page on your website. Finally, when you make a web page or blog post, you have to ‘sign’ it with a link to your ‘about’ page with the rel="author" in the HTML A HREF link.
Finally – once you get all of THAT done… you need FOLLOWERS on Google+. They are pretty lax right now but, over time, they will certainly tighten up… so try to get people to CIRCLE you on Google+. Good luck!
