Question: How do you get more inbound links?
Answer: Google interprets ALL links as votes. Some are your own internal votes – about what pages are important… Others are external votes. Both are important – but it is really backlinks that shine, and make a huge difference. Bottom line: Solicit links!
How do you solicit them? In every way possible. Sometimes, just look for directories and figure out how to get listed. Sometimes, think about what THEY want – as in a blog that wants content, and suggest content to the blog. And still other times, think out of the box like things like widgets, controversial articles, etc. – items that others will find exciting and interesting and link to.
