Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Gloria McNabb and I have been with the JM Internet Group for 12 years. That’s right 12 years! Learning and growing as an employee can always meet some challenges. There are things that we may tend to miss by being so busy with duties at our place of work. One of the big reasons I start this blog on my TAKE on cool events and ways to really help folks in my field. I want to help you find information quickly and easily.
I handle a high volume of calls for businesses with many SEO questions and frustrations, and it’s been a real eye opener into creating this blog and discuss what customers may be dealing with on their end. Why not bridge the gap between customers and marketing group as well as social media experts and those seeking SEO help and SEO assistance. I’ve decided to blog about marketing events, SEO tips and other great items that I find along the way. I want to give another perspective and some insight of our customers and their needs. Turning every situation to a positive is the key. Being in a customer service position I have learned to really handle a negative circumstance or situation and turn it into a positive one.
Management teams have their hands full with internal organization and overseeing company teams run smooth. We tend to get caught up and staying doing our jobs, there is nothing wrong with doing our jobs. It takes a substantial effort to perform searches to find out the customers point of view, events that we should perhaps consider of attending, or simply just taking some time out to find a good book that can help us be the better marketer or SEO expert that we know we can be. What exactly are small business needs? Creating “Gloria’s take” blog was a major reason creating the blog.
Helping to bridge some gaps between customers and companies is the ultimate goal. Sharing positive events, marketing tips, and SEO ideas that I may come across is the goal of my blog. Search Engine Optimization has been where the road has taken me. I work with so many customers that are looking for answers and are in need of organized information. I also talk to so many marketing groups that are trying to find their customers and vice versa. Helping teams and customers connect by breaking the communication gap between groups is the key. How to turn negative to positive and help us go in the right direction in the grand scheme of things. I am all for creating a better business environment as well as improving better customer service.
