Q: Should rich snippets and Google plus be at a personal google plus page? What should be done at a personal google plus and at a local business page?
Q: Do we add no follow links to our website or how we know what is no follow and not?
First question: how to get your picture to show on a Google search. I have a tutorial on this at http://www.jm-seo.org/seo-tutorial/authorship-rich-snippets.html. Remember: this is an option ONLY for Google+ personal profiles, not your company Google+ page! So you must identify someone in the company to be the spokesperson. You can also do this on a blog with each post having ONE and ONLY ONE attached Google+ personal profile. It is a very good thing to do because it helps you with Google, and it makes your listing stand out. People like to know that there are real people behind a company and its products.
Second question: nofollow attribute. This is added at the HTML code level. So whatever software you are using, when you add a link, look for it as an option. If it is not an option at the software level, then you have to drill down and find it in the HTML code and manually add rel=”nofollow” behind an outbound link. However, in my experience, it is actually GOOD to have a few outbound links in your keyword communities. So I do not stress that it is required to always add the NOFOLLOW attribute to outbound links. Just don’t go overboard with outbound links: link outbound only when it is relevant.
The main factor in the SEO / link game of course is INZBOUND links – people who link TO YOU / YOUR WEBSITE, not outbound links: links FROM you to THEM.
