Q. How do we find someone who can do semantic markup since it is the center of hummingbird?
Semantic markup or latent semantic indexing these are just fancy words for writing good content in the way that real people talk. In general, if a person does a little research before they write a blog post, and they use the Google keyword planner and other keyword tools that are available in my SEO ToolBook, they will find the core keywords as well as the common helper keywords. Then the trick is to write a blog post or a product page and spit back at Google the keywords and key phrases in normal English sentences that real people would use, and in particular real people would type into the Google search engine.
So, with the caveat that you need to do some keyword word research, all that latent semantic indexing really means is to write good quality keyword heavy content, as I have been teaching in my classes for the last three years. No biggie!
As for Hummingbird, or the so-called hummingbird update, the big thrust here is just to create content that reflects the way people talk. Google is clearly excited about mobile search and it is trying to adapt the Google search engine to be more responsive to how people talk to their iPhones. So the take away here as well is just to write content that reflects how people talk to their iPhones when they are searching Google.
In both cases you just need to find some good bloggers and off you go.
