Question: Can you put a formula in a title tag? Or should you write each one individually? For example, you have multiple pages for different cities, and you make a formula that it would say ‘motorcycle quotes in ______(city name).
Answer: Local landing pages are one of the most common tactics in search engine optimization. So, as I showed today in the example of Stamford Linen, that company has landing pages that target specific cities such as Stamford, Greenwich, New Haven, etc.
So if your question is whether landing pages can be formulaic, the answer is yes. The pages need to be distinct with distinctly accurate title tags and they certainly need to have unique text, but they can be formulaic. By this I mean they can be very similar to each other at a structural level, the trick is to place some unique content on each one so that you do not get a duplicate content penalty by Google.
