Question: How can I integrate constant contact into my SEO? I blast out html emails for newsletters and updates.
Question: Can you use a po box on a home page as the physical address? For Google places?
Answer: That’s a Email marketing is HUGELY effective, so getting people to sign up for a newsletter is a great goal for your SEO. That said, you can also use the content of your newsletter on your site by ‘repurposing it.’ So, for instance, post your newsletter by breaking it into focused ‘stories’ and put them on your blog.
That way, you have an SEO benefit and an email / newsletter benefit. Then encourage peopel to sign up to follow you by RSS, by Facebook, by Twitter, and sign up for your newsletter.
As for your second question, you cannot use PO boxes on Google Places but you can use a mailbox etc. sort of place. If a local search is important to you, you definitely want to use Google Places. Remember you CAN keep your address hidden, but Google does need it for verification purposes.
