Question: I am a guru but so is one of my partners and should we use only the company +1 or individual one on our website? Also can more than one person be an administer for the corporate Google+ page like facebook or only one person in the office?
Answer: Yes, a Google+ page must have at least ONE manager, but it can have MORE THAN one. So create it, and then it’s a good idea to set up more than one manager, just in case. Log into your page on Google+, then go to manage your pages, settings. You’ll see where your managers are / you can add managers there.
Remember, however, that your company page is not as powerful as your personal page. For instance, it can’t follow people, whereas you can as a person.
As for your first question, the Google +1 button on a WEBSITE is essentially a vote that that website is cool. So only a real website, real URL can have a Google +1 button installed. As for the Google+ ‘badge’ that can link over to your company Google+ page or over to your individual page. That’s up to you. It’s essentially like saying ‘follow us on Twitter’ – and then is it that you want them to follow YOU personally, or the company? That’s a marketing question you have to decide.
