Question: If a company already had Google Analytics implemented, but they want to give a second party access to the site/data, is there a mechanism for that?
Answer: You can easily ADD A USER to Google Analytics. Log in via the ADMINISTRATOR account to Google Analytics. Then on the TOP RIGHT CORNER in the NEW INTERFACE, click on the GEAR icon. There you will see USERS. Click on USERS and there you can add a NEW user. It’s best to give them ADMINISTRATOR access (if you trust them), as that way they can add reports, manipulate data.
When you are in doubt in Analytics, always click on that GEAR ICON. That’s where they hide many of the administrative features.
