Answer: Video is very interesting. Generally speaking, Google cannot see video. So it looks at text AROUND the video in terms of pages on your website; and definitely like to see embedded YouTube videos (Google owns YouTube after all).
As for YouTube, you want to write a keyword heavy title on YouTube and a keyword heavy description. YouTube is now the world’s 2nd largest search engine; so there are lots of opportunities there.
You can also create a VIDEO SITEMAP. Just Google that phrase, and you’ll see helpful resources.
