Question: Do you rather recommend Google analytics or Woopra?
Answer: I am not directly familiar with Woopra, but here are my thoughts. First and foremost, for marketing purposes Google Analytics is THE dominate platform, especially for small to medium sized businesse. So for sanity’s sake, sake of being able to leverage employees / contractors who understant it, it makes more sense to standardize on the market leader. Second, Google Analytics has Google’s immense resources behind it, and is clearly part of Google’s ‘World Domination’ strategy – so it will just get better vs. platforms that do not have powerful sponsorship.
Third, in terms of your own resume / skillset, again it makes sense to learn the leader.
The real-time interaction of Woopra is intriguing, so perhaps run both? It really depends…
