Question: “seattle homes for sale” VS. “homes for sale seattle”? Both has the same numbers of Global Keywords searches. Should I target both?
Answer: I doubt that they have the same search volumes. In the Google keyword tool, on the far left, be sure to check the boxes for ‘exact’ and ‘phrase’ to compare them. Also be aware that for low volume searches, the tool breaks down and doesn’t give great data.
So you sort of have to guess, then set up your website, then use Google Analytics to ‘learn’ from your customer search patterns and further refine your strategy to reflect what they search for
