Answer: Yes, Google Analytics. I always recommend to everyone taking the classes that they set up Google Analytics on their own website. Then you can create ADVANCED SEGMENTS and filter the inbound data. You can then see how different people in different regions search.
Beyond your own site, you can use the Google Keyword tool / local search as well as Google Trends (Just Google, Google Trends), to see differences among regions.
