Question: How do we get to AdWords? I can’t find the screen where you showed the global monthly searches and CPC columns.
Answer: First of all, open the AdWords Keyword Tool (https://AdWords.Google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal). Then once you open it on the FAR RIGHT, click on the ‘column’ icon. This then opens up a list. Uncheck everything except GLOBAL and CPC. These are the most important data points in the tool; GLOBAL tells your the global volume of searches for a keywords; CPC tells you the average cost per click, that people are paying. So here you have both VOLUME and VALUE, which makes this an invaluable tool for identifying your best keywords!
