Question: How do you evaluate organic keywords if you business is in the suburbs, targeting 10 smaller towns vs one big city like San Francisco.
Answer: Local Search / Google Places in particular heavily favors the businesses in the big cities such as San Francisco or New York City vs. the suburbs. You can create targeted landing pages, for those specific cities. It’s very hard to do on Google Places; that is one reason to advertise on AdWords, as this can be quite hard to do.
