Question: Thank you! 🙂
Question: I’m trying to break into the Top 10 on Google for “San Diego Web Design” or “San Diego Website Design” or any other variable. Theres so much competition do I have any chance? The Top 10 never changes except for maybe 7-10.
Answer: Well, what do they say. You can say I CAN or I CAN’T. Both will be right. First, look for keyword searches that are very specific, where you can outcompete your competitors. Nichey phrases that really match your VALUE PROPOSITION. That’s part of the art of SEO – zeroing in on the best keywords – one that match your value proposition, and one you can win.
That said, I find unless you are in super competitive keywords searches like REVERSE MORTAGE or ONLINE INSURANCE, you can succeed. It’s rare that it is really that competitive. In the classes, we go over some tips to identify how competitive a search really is.
Finally, Google is more and more friendly to frequent updates, so you will be surprised how quickly it can change its results, once you start playing its game.
