Question: Once I’ve made changes to my web pages as you’ve suggested, how can I get Google to re-index my site (or at least my home page) ASAP?
What about black text in a black background on the bottom of the page — for more keyword loading (as long as I don’t exceed the 5-10% page density, as you suggested. Thanks.
Answer: As for your first question, Google assigns your website a ‘reputation’ based on how often you update. So you have to ‘train’ Google to index your site frequently by issuing news, blogging, other frequent updates etc. You have to ‘communicate’ to Google that your site is active, frequently updating, etc. That trains it to come back and visit you frequently.
We will discuss this in NEWS – news is one of the best Google training techniques.
As for your second question, I do not recommend any strategy that shows Google one thing and the humans another. So hiding text, etc., is not a good idea – if Google figures this out, it will HURT your SEO performance. Google wants web pages to be designed ultimately for human interaction, not search engines.
