Question: When Using PPC, Do you create a landing page for each keyword? And When optimizing on-page how many keyword do you focus on per page?
Answer: Yes, ideally this is true. The best practice for PPC / AdWords is to have a tight relationship between the keywords that drive people to click on the ad and the landing page itself. If you have an ad targeting ‘Dog boarding San Francisco,’ ideally you have a landing page on that phrase. And then another on ‘Pet boarding San Francisco,’ etc.
As for SEO landing pages, which are more public… the same general rule applies. The tighter the focus, the better you will do on Google. Focus is very important to keyword success in SEO!
