Question: For a retail business operating in a large area, how do you get the multiple geographics into your web-site/keywords
Answer: For Google Places you can have up to ten sites, and enter them manually. For SEO purposes, you can create target pages (landing pages) for each geography. You have to look at your SEO objectives and keywords, including geographics, as working in tandem.
For some areas, like Google Local there isn’t an easy solution for a national chain. In AdWords, you can geotarget – which is a skillset that we teach in the AdWords class.
