Question: How far in advance do I need to put the wheels in motion for Google to see a new keyword in place and to rank high, providing I impliment all the tools in this program?
Answer: Usually people ask me how long it takes Google to index their pages, once they have made their SEO changes. In this case, you are asking the same thing, but in reference to the lag time.
The answer is, of course ‘it depends.’ If your page is well indexed, has lots of news, a blog, lots of fast-changing content, Google will index you frequently. It can be amazing. On jm-seo.net, it picks up our new content and changes in just a few days. On eg3.com, it can pick up our blog in hours. For both sites, we strive to change the site frequently by adding new content.
So first you need to ‘train’ Google to index you by posting news, a blog, new content, etc., and posting these changes to your home page frequently. Or, if you haven’t done this, start doing it as soon as you can. As you ‘train’ Google then you can get it to pick up your changes, rapidly.
