Question: Google may prioritize words left to right in TITLE tag but if you place your company name last in the tag isn’t the resulting text confusing to people looking at search results to see keywords listed instead?
Answer: Yes, this is one (of many) trade offs. What might look best for visuals may be suboptimal for SEO and vice-versa. The only thing I can say here is that most people do not look at the top of the browser window, so on the VISIBLE text on the page you might just use the H1 tag and reverse the order.
In addition, on the Google search results your company name may be truncated off anyway if you are above the 10 word limit, so again it might not be visible. But it is clear that the words on the left are more valuable than those on the right!
