Question: What’s your view of using NOFRAME in websites with Frames to improve SEO?
Question: Why are IFrames (Plug-ins) so SEO poor?
Answer: Google hates frames. You can do all sorts of work arounds within frames to seem to make it easier for Google. The same goes for Adobe PDF. Google doesn’t index this content well. People get confused here. Google CAN index frame websites. Google CAN index Adobe PDFs.
But, in competitive search terms, it will give preference to clean, straightforward HTML sites. So by choosing frames or PDF, you are putting a big obstacle in your way to SEO success. Avoid them.
